ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed with Renude require 1–3 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping method selected. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, we kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it may be shipped by Friday at the latest.

Please note: delays can occur due to incomplete or incorrect checkout details, such as an invalid or inaccurate shipping address — this is a common issue.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, you will have 1 hour after purchase to contact us for any corrections. Use the contact form at renude.me if you need to update your order details. Renude is not responsible for customer-submitted errors such as incorrect shipping addresses. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

  • United States / United Kingdom / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (sometimes sooner)

Note: Delivery time can vary by country based on the customs process. Some customs departments are faster than others, which can affect delivery time.

Shipping may also be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Labor disputes or strikes

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Holiday season volumes

  • Oversized or heavy packages

  • Errors by the shipping carrier

Should any such delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order does not arrive within the timeframe listed below, we will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund:

  • USA: 45 days

  • Canada: 45 days

  • United Kingdom: 45 days

  • Australia: 50 days

  • New Zealand: 50 days

  • Rest of the world: 50 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & CUSTOMS FEES

Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled or covered by Renude. By placing an order, you accept that your local customs office may apply additional charges.

We also cannot guarantee delivery timelines affected by customs processing in your destination country. In certain cases, additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

If you have questions regarding customs policies in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

Due to the speed of our shipping and processing system, we may not be able to make address changes after the order is submitted. Please double-check your address before placing the order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to reroute the package. In this case, we must wait until the package is returned to our warehouse. Once received, we will issue a full refund.

RETURNS
