For orders within Bali, we deliver via Gojek. Delivery fees are calculated based on Gojek’s current rates and may vary depending on your location.

Refund and Exchange
You can return the product of proper quality within 7 days from the date of its receipt, provided that it has not been used and has retained its consumer properties. The refund is free of charge.

Hand the product to the Gojek driver and send us the tracking link from the Gojek app once the shipment is on its way.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for consideration of the Application and refund of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and receives the goods at the warehouse. It is calculated in working days excluding holidays/weekends.
The return will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to your bank account within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
